Adam Phillips

Mr. Adam Seth Phillips, age 23 Plainville, passed away Monday, March 9, 2009 at Floyd Medical Center from injuries received in an automobile accident.

Mr. Phillips was born on Floyd County on November 30, 1985, son of Terri Michelle Campbell Phillips and the late Artemes Phillips. In addition to his father, he was preceded in death by a sister, Robin Carter. He was employed in the construction business, and was a member of the Fellowship Baptist Church in Plainville.
