Addie Owens Goshay, 89, of Adairsville, GA, passed away on Monday, August 3, 2020 at her home. She was born in Columbus, Ga on January 1, 1931, daughter of Mattie Ellison. She was also preceded in death by her husband, James Goshay Sr.; son, Henry Goshay; two daughters, Christine Goshay, Leola Goshay Rogers
She leaves behind a loving family to treasure her memories, her daughter, Radell Nalls and her children, Lanitra Young, Radious Nalls, David Nalls, Leonard Nalls, and Ronald Nalls; her son, James Goshay Jr., and his children, Lawrence Goshay, Carl Goshay, Michael Goshay, Christopher Goshay, Angela Towns, Anthony Goshay, and Inez Coskrey; her late daughter, Leola Goshay Rogerss children, Keith Rogers, Shavant Rogers, Shawn Rogers, and Ronnie Rogers; her daughter, Bernice Goshay Dilworth, her son, Robert Goshay; sixteen great-grandchildren; her siblings, John Randolph, Beulah King, Willie B. Reid, and Delores Whitney.
Her family and friends will gather on Monday, August 10, 2020 at 1:00 p.m. in the chapel of Max Brannon and Sons Funeral Home for the funeral service. Following the service, they will greet friends at the funeral home.
