Adze Troglin

Mrs. Adze Allen Troglin, age 90 of Calhoun, died Saturday, May 14, 2011 at Gordon Health Care. She was born in Cherokee County, GA on December 27, 1920, daughter of the late George Washington Allen and the late Fannie Proctor Allen. In addition to her parents, she was also preceded in death by her husband, Floyd Aberham Troglin; a brother Gus Allen; and three sisters, Gabrilla Harris, Inez Martin, and Clara Bell Galloway.

Survivors include a son, Barry Troglin of Calhoun; a daughter, Wilma Daniel of Calhoun; two step-daughters, Margaret Gallman and Sherry Long, both of Chatsworth; grandchildren, Scott Gallman, Lisa Hughes, Darren Long, Amy Long, Emily Daniel, Andrew Troglin, and Jarrod Troglin; and great-grandchildren, Tate Hughes, Tillie Hughes, Brooke Gallman, Seth Gallman, and Oksana Daniel.

Funeral services for Mrs. Adze Allen Troglin will be held Tuesday, May 17th at 11:00am from the chapel of Max Brannon and Sons Funeral Home, with Rev. Jimmie Timms, Rev. Terry Timms, and Rev. Eddie Brannon officiating. Interment will follow in the Haven of Rest Memorial Park. Active pallbearers will include David Gibson, Andrew Troglin, Ricky Freeman, Greg Fain, Bruce Hurd, and Henry Durham.

The family will receive friends at Max Brannon and Sons Funeral Home Monday from 5:00pm until 9:00pm.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Alzheimer's Association-GA Chapter, 922 E. Morris Street, Dalton, GA 30721.
