Obituary

Angie McDonald, 72, of Calhoun, GA died Thursday, December 3, 2020 after a two-year illness. She was born on June 13, 1948 in Gordon County to the late Bill and Beatrice William Smith. She was preceded in death by her first husband Ronald Cook and her second husband Mr. Allen McDonald; son, Everett James Cook; grandson, Matthew Bailey.
She is survived by her daughters and son-in-law, Brenda and Steve Angel, and Anita Cook; grandchildren, Randall Bailey, Summer Bailey, Cody Whitfield, Chris Whitfield, and Brittany Thomas; 10 great grandchildren; several friends and other family members also survive.
The family will receive friends on Saturday, December 5, 2020 from 5:00 PM until 8:00 PM at Max Brannon and Sons Funeral Home.
The funeral will be conducted on Sunday, December 6, 2020 at 3:00 PM from the Chapel of Max Brannon and Sons Funeral Home, with Pastor Michael Jarrett. Burial will follow in Haven of Rest memorial Park. Pallbearers are, Chris Whitfield, Randall Bailey, Steve Angel, Doug Cook, Michael Garland, and Harry Evans.
