Anna Faye Davis

Mrs. Anna Faye McClellan Davis, 92 of Calhoun, died Tuesday, July 18, 2017. She was born in Trion, GA on April 29, 1925, daughter of the late Marvin McClellan Sr. and Annie Lee Brimer McClellan. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband of 50 years in 1993, William Earl Davis; and her brothers, Marvin McClellan Jr. and James (Jim) McClellan.
Mrs. Davis was a member of Moss Memorial Baptist Church.
She is survived by her son and daughter-in-law, William and Sue Davis of Calhoun; daughters and sons-in-law, Gena and Gene Dishroon of Calhoun, Tammy and Lamar Tinch of Calhoun, and Earlene and Travis Motes of Winston, GA; grandchildren, Jason and Crissy Davis of Calhoun, Paul and Katie Dishroon of Calhoun, Kelly and Tyler Ferguson of Calhoun, Jamie Davis of Calhoun, and April Howard of Winston, GA; and great-grandchildren, Owen Ferguson, Reese and Raye Davis, Addison and Anna Dishroon, and Jackson Howard.
Funeral services will be conducted on Saturday, July 22nd at 1:00 p.m. from the chapel of Max Brannon and Sons Funeral Home with Rev. Steven Cochran officiating. Interment will follow at Haven of Rest Memorial Park. Pallbearers serving are Jason Davis, Paul Dishroon, Jamie Davis, Gene Dishroon, Lamar Tinch, and Larry Chitwood.
The Davis family will receive friends at the funeral home on Saturday, July 22nd from 11:00 a.m. until 1:00 p.m.
