Audria Mae Rayburn

Mrs. Audria Mae Rayburn, age 85 of Adairsville passed away Monday, September 19, 2011 at Gordon Hospital following an extended illness. She was born in Gordon County on May 22, 1926, daughter of the late Ellis and Viola Garmon. In addition to her parents, she was also preceded in death by her husband, James Floyed Rayburn; and two sons, Billy Joe Jones and Terry Edward Jones. She was a member of the Calhoun Full Gospel Fellowship.

Survivors include two sons, Geoffrey Rayburn of Adairsville, and Jimmie Jones and his wife Felicia of Calhoun; two step-sons, Clarence Rayburn of Rome, and Donnie Rayburn of Silver Creek; and a sister, Naomi Yarbrough of Ohio. Eighteen grandchildren, several great-grandchildren, and nieces and nephews also survive.

Funeral services for Mrs. Audria Mae Rayburn will be held Wednesday, September 21st at 11:00am from the chapel of Max Brannon and Sons Funeral Home, with Pastor Hershel Pierce and Pastor Jerry Stephens officiating. Interment will follow in the Towe's Chapel Cemetery. Family members will serve as pallbearers.

The family will receive friends at Max Brannon and Sons Funeral Home Tuesday after 5:00pm.
