Betty "Pee Wee" Henson

Betty "Pee Wee" Henson, 46, of Calhoun died December 18, 2014. She was born in Jasper, GA on July 30, 1968, daughter of the late Delmer Henson and Shirley Teems Henson.

She is survived by a daughter, Amanda Henson of Calhoun; three brothers, Ricky Henson and his wife Sadie of Calhoun, Toby Henson and his wife Debbie of Calhoun, and Johnny Henson and his wife Tracey of Cleveland, TN; four sisters, Mary Ruth Henson of Chatsworth, Linda Smith and her husband Donald of Chatsworth, Carolyn Teague and her husband Roger of Jasper, and Nina Parker and her husband Stevie of Calhoun; three grandchildren, Aidan Chaney, Gavin Chaney, and Mackenzie Chaney all of Jasper; nephews, Andy Buchanan, Robbie Buchanan, Jason Evans, Jamie Evans, Shane Henson, Heath Henson, and Donnie Smith; nieces, Retha Taylor, Melynda Baza, Penny Haygood, Sheryl Parker, and Pamela Hughes; several great nieces and nephews also survive.

Services to celebrate the life of Betty "Pee Wee" Henson will be held Sunday, December 21, 2014 at 2:00 PM from the chapel of Max Brannon and Sons Funeral Home with Rev. Gary Quarles officiating. Interment will follow at Mount Pleasant Cemetery. Pallbearers serving are Ricky Henson, Johnny Henson, Chris Chaney, Andy Buchanan, Levi Evans, and Shane Henson. Honorary pallbearers serving are Jeff Burns and Michael Freeman.

The Danger family will receive friends at Max Brannon and Sons Funeral Home on Saturday from 5:00 PM until 9:00 PM.
