Billy James Parker

Billy James Parker, 69, of Calhoun, Georgia, passed away on Tuesday, November 28, 2023. He was born in Carrolton, Georgia, on March 3, 1954, to the late James William and Bessie Mae Parker. He was preceded in death by his brothers, William Parker and Albert Parker; and a sister, Martha Croy.

Billy is survived by his loving wife of 41 years, Patsy Faye Parker; son, Mac Crump; daughters, Tammy Parker (Brett Treadaway) and Michelle Ballew (Kelly); brother, Winford Parker (Jean); grandchildren, Autumn White, Amara White, Brittany Crump, Brooke Crump, Alisha Spearman, J.T. Youngblood, and Caden Crump; and great-grandchild, Crew Lowe.

Funeral services will be held on Friday, December 1, 2023, at 2:00 PM from the Chapel of Max Brannon and Sons Funeral Home Eddie Brannon officiating. Burial will follow in Haven of Rest Memorial Park with Brian Chastain officiating. Pallbearers are Kelly Ballew, Eric White, Brian Chastain, Parker Chastain, Brett Treadaway, and Mac Crump.

The family will receive friends prior to the service on Friday, from 12:00 Noon until the service hour at Max Brannon and Sons Funeral Home.
