Bonita Diane Robertson

Mrs. Bonita Diane Robertson, 56 of Calhoun, died Friday, October 7, 2016 at Gordon Hospital. She was born in Fort Walton Beach, FL on July 27, 1960, daughter of the late Arthur Milton Barnes and the late Audrey Ann Mathews. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Arthur Edward Robertson in 2011, and a daughter, Shannon Taylor of Canton.
Mrs. Robertson was a graduate of Forest Hills Christian School in Decatur, GA.
Survivors include her sons and daughter-in-law, Brian and Kim Robertson, and Michael Taylor of Calhoun; her daughters and son-in-law, Jessica L. Taylor of Calhoun, and Amanda and Mike Moore; brothers and sister-in-law, Donald and Linda Barnes of Fenton, MO, and David Barnes of Marietta; a sister and brother-in-law, Denise and Ed Everhart of Marietta; and grandchildren, Brandon C. Taylor, Alliea R. Taylor, Michael W. Taylor, Levi A. Taylor, Turner Mathis, Chloe Edwards, Miley Childers, Skyler Childers, and Grant and Garret Thompson. A host of nieces, nephews and cousins also survive.
Services to honor the life of Mrs. Bonita Diane Robertson will be held Tuesday, October 11th at 4:00 PM from the chapel of Max Brannon and Sons Funeral Home, with Thomas Cooley officiating. Interment will follow in Fain Cemetery.
The Robertson family will receive friends at the funeral home on Monday, October 10th from 5:00 PM until 8:00 PM, and on Tuesday, October 11th from 1:00 PM until the service hour of 4:00 PM.
