Carolyne Gibson

Mrs. Carolyne Gibson, age 88 of China Township, Michigan, died Monday, May 21, 2012. She was born in Hazelhurst, GA on February 19, 1924, daughter of the late Lagrand and Lula Byrd. She was also preceded in death by her husband, George J. Gibson of Resaca, GA in 2000.

Survivors include her children, George Wayne Gibson, Fraulein Jozefiak, and James L. Gibson; and a sister-in-law, Virginia Campbell.

Funeral services for Mrs. Carolyne Gibson will be held Thursday, May 24th at 1:00pm from the chapel of Max Brannon and Sons Funeral Home, with Rev. Eddie Brannon officiating. Interment will follow in the Fain Cemetery.

The family will receive friends at Max Brannon and Sons Funeral Home Thursday from 11:00am until the service hour of 1:00pm.
