Cathy Sue Oglesby, 66, of Calhoun died on Wednesday, November 28, 2018. She was born on September 4, 1952 in Calhoun, GA; daughter of the late James and Eva Stone. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, James Oglesby; brothers, Tom Stone, Harold Stone, and Jimmy Stone; sisters, Ann Goforth, Nina Stone, Peggy Sue Stone, and Carol Stone.
She is survived by her sons and daughters-in-law, Steve and Amy Charvat, Terry Charvat, Julius James and Melissa Welchel, and Kevin Welchel; grandchildren, Drake Gilreath, Aaron Parker, Zane Parker, Cheyanne Miller, Joshua Hopper, Jasmine Hopper, Diego Hopper, and Jaden Hopper; great-grandchildren, Ryleigh Parker, Karsyn Parker, Carolyn Adams, Kim Fowler, Teresa Boudreaux, and Erin Portis; and a sister and brother-in-law, Dot and Kenneth Poole.
The Oglesby family will have a gathering of friends and family on Thursday, December 13, 2018 at Max Brannon and Sons Funeral Home from 12:00 p.m. until 2:00 p.m.
