Obituary

Charles Dwight Evans, 75, of Rome, Georgia died Saturday, August 22, 2020 at Floyd Medical Center. He was born on July 1, 1945 in Calhoun, Georgia to the late Asa and Wilma E. Goodnight Evans. He was preceded in death by his brothers, Winston Evans, Doyle Evans, and Duane Evans; sister, Pamela Williams.
He is survived by his two daughters, Lisa and Stephanie; sisters, Marilyn Callaway, Sandra E. Towers, and Shirley Hamrick; several grandchildren, nieces, and nephews also survive.
The Graveside service will be held Wednesday, August 26, 2020 at 11:00 AM from the Chapel of Max Brannon and Sons Funeral Home with Rev. Eddie Brannon officiating.
