Charles Lee Wright

Mr. Charles Lee Wright, age 40 Rydal, GA died Saturday, April 19, 2014 from injuries sustained in an automobile accident. He was born in Floyd County, GA on November 25, 1973, son of Donald Lee and Sara Green Wright.

Charles was a 1992 graduate of Cass High School, and played as a center on the football team. He was employed with Toyo Tire.

He leaves behind his father and step-mother, Donald Lee and Faye Wright; mother and step-father, Sara and Ken Smith; a brother, Phillip Lamar Wright of Rydal; a step-brother, Jared Smith of Chatsworth; a step-sister, Nikkie Smith of Dalton; and grandmother, Mattie Wright of Adairsville. Aunts, uncle, cousins, and other relatives also survive.

Funeral services for Mr. Charles Lee Wright will be held Wednesday, April 23rd at 4:00 PM from the chapel of Max Brannon and Sons Funeral Home, with Rev. Roy Smith and Rev. Jody Cagle officiating. Music will be arranged by Sheryl Haney. Interment will follow in the Corinth Baptist Church Cemetery. Active pallbearers will include Chad Cline, Tommy Young, Andy Young, Michael Kelley, Brian Holt, and Kip Wood. Honorary pallbearers are Zach Hill and Skylar Pack.

The family will receive friends at Max Brannon and Sons Funeral Home Tuesday from 5:00 PM until 9:00 PM.
