Obituary

Willard Christopher "Chris" Hall, 48, of Calhoun, died Wednesday, January 24, 2018, following a brief illness.
Chris was born in Gordon County on August 14, 1969, son of Jo Ann Hall Standidge, and the late Willard Knight Hall. He attended Red Bud High School. In addition to his father, he was preceded in death by his son, Blaze Hall.
Survivors include his mother and step-father, Jo Ann and Tim Standidge of Birchwood, TN; his children, Caleb Hunt, Brittainy Hall and Tara Hall; grandchildren, Lexie Partin, Riley Partin, Silas Partin, and Willow Evans; brothers, Rev. Tony Hall and his wife Laura of Niceville, FL, and Scott Hall and his wife Stacia of Murfreesboro, TN; nieces and nephews, Lauren White, Morgan Hall, Savannah Hall, Madison Hall, McKaylee Hall and Macey Hall; grandmother, Sarah Jo West; and aunts and uncle, Jean and Bill Tinch, Graphel Headrick, Carolyn Dutton and Ruby Tinch. Cousins and other relatives also survive.
Funeral services for Mr. Willard Christopher "Chris" Hall will be held Saturday, January 27th at 4:00 PM from the chapel of Max Brannon & Sons Funeral Home, with Rev. Tony Hall officiating. Interment will follow in Sardis Cemetery. Pallbearers serving will include Dallas Tinch, Lamar Tinch, Roger Tinch, and Brian King.
The family will receive friends Friday, January 26th, between the hours of 5:00 PM and 8:00 PM at the funeral Home.
In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made in Chris' memory to Damascus Road Residential Recovery, 10920 US-278, Covington, GA., 30014-1671.
