Christopher Tylor Bennett

Mr. Christopher Tylor Bennett, age 23 of Calhoun, died Saturday, October 26, 2013 from injuries received in an automobile accident.

He was born on August 21, 1990 in Gordon County, son of Clifton Sterling Bennett, III and Connie Parrish Bennett.

Chris was employed by Western Plastics as a supervisor.

He leaves behind his wife, Heather Peeler Bennett of the residence; two sons, Jeremy Peeler and Corie Bennett; his mother, Connie Bennett Pendergrass and her husband Scott of Plainville; father, Clifton Sterling Bennett, III; two sisters, Kali Bennett and Megan Bennett, both of Plainville; two brothers, Chris Pendergrass and his wife Nikki, and Blake Pendergrass and his wife Kelsi, all of Calhoun; grandparents, Leon and Rebecca Heath of Plainville, George Parrish of Calhoun, Jerry Pendergrass and his wife, the late Lila Pendergrass of Calhoun, and Lewis Waggoner of Nicklesville; maternal grandmother, Nancy Bennett of Cleveland, TN and her husband, the late Clifton Sterling Bennett; brothers-in-law, Joshua Peeler and Joseph Peeler of Resaca; father-in-law and mother-in-law, Johnny and Melissa Peeler of Resaca; nephew, Matthew Bennett; nieces, Christian Pendergrass and Emeri Pendergrass; and aunts, Melanie King and her husband Charles of Ranger; Stacie Musella and her husband Rick of Florida, Amber Parrish of Resaca, and Kim Griffey and Bridgette Smith, both of Tennessee. Several nieces, nephews, and cousins also survive.

Memorial services for Mr. Christopher Tyler Bennett will be conducted Wednesday, October, 30, 2013 at 6:00 PM from the chapel of Max Brannon and Sons Funeral Home. The family will receive friends at the funeral home Wednesday prior to the service at 4:00 PM.
