Obituary

Claude J. Miller, 87, of Fairmount, GA died Tuesday, December 8, 2020 after a three-month illness. He was born on November 29, 1933 in Cartersville, GA to the late Lewis and Dawn Ledford Miller. He was preceded in death by his son, Claude Ricky Miller; brothers, Clarence Miller, Virgil Miller, and JB Miller; sisters, Estelle Mullins, Dot Harris, and Ada Miller; grandson, Allen Christopher Hall.
He was a member of Concord Missionary Baptist Church.
He is survived by his loving wife of 65 years, Irene G. Miller; children, Beth (Dale) Hall, Lewis (Rachel) Miller, and Patricia (Scott) Huskins; brother, Herbert (Lois) Miller; grandchildren, Andrea (Dana) Gravitt, Sherry Green, Christine (Paul) Bunch, Susanna Tomlinson, Crystal Hall, David Miller, Madison Miller, and Kaydee Huskins; great grandchildren, Easton, Tanner, Skyler, Linden, Brayden, and Jaxon; several friends and other family members also survive.
The family will receive friends on Saturday, December 12, 2020 from 1:00 pm until the service hour of 3:00 PM at Concord Baptist Church with Bro. Randy Sutherland officiating. Burial will follow in the church cemetery. Pallbearers are, Easton Ray, Tanner Ray, Doug Bramblett, David Miller, Zack Hardy, and Scott Huskins. Honorary pallbearers are, Bobby Arnold, Ronnie Mullins, Lee Mullins, Cecil Bentley, and James Pruitt.
