Crawford Daniel Compton

Dr. Crawford Daniel Compton age 58 of Adairsville died suddenly Saturday November 8th.

Dr. Compton was born in Chattanooga, Tenn, on December 8, 1955, son of Rachel Tittle Compton and the late Erwin Compton. He was a beloved Father, one-of-a-kind husband and Jolly loving Grandpa who loved his Lord and loved life. He was a member of the 1974 graduating class of Brainerd High School and a graduate of Life College in Marietta where he received his Doctorate in Chiropractic Care.

Dr. Compton is survived by his wife, Kathy Marie Mulholland to whom he was married for 32 years, two daughters, Amy Compton of Collegedale, TN. and Kristy Compton of Chattanooga, TN. Mother, Mrs. Rachael Tittle Compton of Chattanooga, TN., three grandchildren, Lexi, Sadie and William Compton and one sister, Regina Jones of Trion, GA., three brothers, Alex Compton and his wife Brenda of Decatur, TN., Richard Compton and his wife Teresa of Summerville, GA and Jesse Compton and his wife Cheryl of Soddy Daisy, TN.

A service to celebrate the life of Dr. Crawford Daniel Compton is scheduled for Sunday, November 16th at 2:30 PM from Calhoun Seventh Day Adventist Church with Pastor Gary Rustad officiating. The body will be placed in state at the church and the family will receive friends between the hours of 1:00 PM until 2:30 PM Sunday. In lieu of flowers, memorial gifts in Dr. Comptons memory can be given to Calhoun Seventh Day Adventist Church, 1411 Rome Road SW, Calhoun, GA. 30701.
