Debra Lambert Bowman Turner

Mrs. Debra Lambert Bowman Turner, age 55 of Calhoun, GA, passed away Wednesday, April 16, 2014 at her residence. She was born in Floyd County, GA on December 30, 1958, daughter of Frances Braden and the late Lucious Floyd Lambert. In addition to her father, she was preceded in death by a grandson, Tyler Blake Fleming.

Mrs. Turner was employed with Halstead New England as Office Manager.

She leaves behind her husband, Gregory Alan Turner of the residence; her mother, Frances Abernathy of Calhoun; a brother and sister-in-law, Cary and Anna Lambert of Macon; a son and daughter-in-law, Daryl and Deanna Bowman of Adairsville; two daughters, Kim Fleming of Calhoun, and Keli Degenstein and her husband Greg of Acampo, California; step-children, Lacie Turner, Brandon Turner, and Jessica Caldwell; grandchildren, Gavin Fleming of Calhoun, Cameron Fleming of Calhoun, Drake Loftis of Acampo, Kagan Fleming of Calhoun, Gage Loftis of Acampo, Meagan Loftis of Acampo, Haley Degenstein of Acampo, and Daryn Bowman of Adairsville; and step-grandchildren, Hayden Caldwell, James Hewitt, and Ansli Caldwell. Other survivors include nieces and nephews, Alfie Pierce of Calhoun, Dawn Morley, Mike Lambert and Todd Lambert of Calhoun, and Darin Morley.

Funeral services for Mrs. Debra Lambert Bowman Turner will be held Tuesday, April 22nd at 11:00 AM from the chapel of Max Brannon and Sons Funeral Home, with Kyle Coker and Michael Matthews officiating. Interment will follow in Chandler Cemetery. Active pallbearers are Mike Lambert, Todd Lambert, John Stone, Jimmy Whitten, James Gilstrap, and Brandon Turner.

The family will receive friends at Max Brannon and Sons Funeral Home Monday, April 21st, from 5:00 PM until 9:00 PM.
