Dorothy Lucille Brown

Dorothy Lucille Brown, 75 of Calhoun, died Monday, February 06, 2017. She was born in Rome, GA on February 17, 1941, daughter of the late Harley Cornett and Ruby Pace Cornett. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Homer Earl Brown and brothers, Clyde Cornett and Richard Cornett.
She was a member of West Union Baptist Church.
She is survived by her sons, Jimmy Brown and his wife Mary, Tony Brown, Raymond Brown, Eddie Brown and his wife Sherry, Michael Brown, Rodger Brown and his wife Heather; brothers, Coleman Cornett and Danny Cornett; grandchildren, Anthony, Jeremy, James, Crystal, Jason, Matthew, Jessica, Cole, Wes, and Mason; 5 great-grandchildren; and a special friend, Barbara Sharp.
The funeral service will be conducted on Friday, February 10th at 2:00 p.m. from Max Brannon and Sons Funeral Home, with Rev. Jerry Brooks officiating. Interment will follow at West Union Baptist Church Cemetery. Grandsons will serve as pallbearers.
The Brown family will receive friends on Thursday, February 9th from 5:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m.
