Mrs. Edna Louise Taylor Fuller, 77, of Calhoun died Wednesday, January 7, 2015. She was born in Calhoun, GA on April 21, 1937, daughter of the late Robert Manuel Taylor and Gertrude Freeman Taylor. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband William Leon Fuller, who passed away July 2, 1988, and a brother, Edward (Red) Taylor.
She was of the Baptist faith and worked at several local textile mills. She also volunteered at the Gordon County Senior Center, where she received several awards over the years.
Survivors include a son, Chuck Fuller and his wife Melissa of Rome, GA; a sister, Glenda O'Daniel and her husband Mike of Resaca, GA; grandchildren, Taylor Jean Fuller and Chloe Ammons; nephews, Wesley Taylor and his wife Cindy, Danny Taylor, and Jason Hyde and his wife Debbie.
Services to celebrate the life of Mrs. Edna Louise Taylor Fuller will be held Saturday, January 10th at 2:00 PM from the chapel of Max Brannon and Sons Funeral Home, with Rev. Wayman Howard officiating. Interment will follow at Fain Cemetery. Pallbearers serving include Austin O'Daniel, Eugene Blaylock, Jamey Koch, Roy Payne, and Ernie Keener.
The Fuller family will receive friends at the funeral home on Friday from 5:00 PM until 8:00 PM.
