Obituary
Emma Turner Reynolds, 95, of Ranger, died Tuesday, November 19, 2019 at Calhoun Health Care. She was born in Gordon County on January 6, 1924, daughter of the late Ben and Indy Holman Turner. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Fletcher Reynolds, in 1993; her son-in-law, Raymond Silvers; her sisters, Betty Hill, Inez Hughes, Pearl Jones, and Nannie Caldwell; and her brothers-in-law, Johnny Reynolds and Carl Reynolds.
Survivors include her daughter, Marie Silvers of Ranger; her grandson, Eugene Reynolds; and other relatives.
Services to honor her life will be held Saturday, November 23rd at 1:00 PM from Fairview Church of God, with Rev. Mark Johnson officiating. Music will be arranged by Iris Parker. Her body will lie in state at the church from 12:00 PM until the service hour. Burial will follow in the church cemetery.
The family will receive friends at Max Brannon and Sons Funeral Home on Friday, November 22nd from 6:00 PM until 9:00 PM.
Funeral arrangements are under the care and direction of Max Brannon and Sons Funeral Home of Calhoun.
