Ernest G. Silverberg Jr

Ernest G. Silverberg, Jr., age 69, passed away at St. Mary's Hospital in the Carondelet Hospice Unit in Tucson, Arizona Sunday, September 21, 2008 at 10:20pm, MST (Monday, September 22, 2008 at 1:20am, EDT).

Born in Worcester, Massachusetts May 26, 1939, he was retired from the construction business. He is survived by his father, Ernest G. Silverberg, Sr. of Fairmount; two brothers, Michael Silverberg of Bonita Springs, FL and Gus Silverberg of Tallapoosa, GA; four sisters, Wendy Boyd of Bonita Springs, FL, Donna Silverberg and Debbie Richmond of Fairmount, and Judy Broyles of Calhoun; a sister-in-law, JoEllen Silverberg of Lake City, FL; several nieces and nephews residing in Calhoun and in Florida, as well as his good friends Jan and Ron Haus, and Richard Fortner, all of Tucson, AZ.

He was preceded in death by his mother, Jane Silverberg, a sister, Sally Sturgess, a brother, David Silverberg and a nephew, Josh Richmond.

Memorial services will be held at his sister's residence in Calhoun on October 18th, 2008 at 3:30pm. Online condolences may be expressed and the guestbook signed at www.maxbrannonandsons.com.
