Frances Irene Stevens

February 25, 1930 – April 26, 2025

Frances was one of three daughters, born to Thelma Armstrong Binder and Lawrence F. Binder. She passed peacefully in her sleep after living 95 years. She is survived by her daughter, Cynthia; sons, Richard (Susan) and Larry (Elizabeth); granddaughters, Amanda, Caitlin, Jeanine (Jim); grandson, Jamie; and great-grandson, Richard.

She graduated suma cum laude from Williams and Mary College and later earned her Masters Degree, of which she was most proud of. She taught school for 30 years, loved to read, play bridge, travel and watch old movies, especially Gone with the Wind. Among her favorite travel memories was a bicycle trip she did in Holland and a trip to Greece.

To honor her wishes, her body was cremated and no services will be held.
