Gerald Lee Milstead

Mr. Gerald Lee Milstead, Jr., age 65 of Calhoun, passed away Saturday, November 27, 2010 at his residence. He was born in Armuchee, GA on February 13, 1945, son of the late Gerald L. Milstead, Sr. and the late Stella May Casey Milstead. In addition to his parents, he was also preceded in death by a son, Gerald Lee Milstead III, and sister.

Survivors include his wife of 28 years, Linda Talley Milstead of the residence; two sons, Josh Milstead and Daniel Milstead of Calhoun; three sisters, Kathy Milstead of Rome, Martha Henderson of Calhoun, and Linda McKeen of Atlanta; and other relatives.

Funeral services for Mr. Gerald Lee Milstead will be conducted Monday, November 29th at 1:00pm from the graveside of Haven of Rest Memorial Park, with Rev. Michael Hunt officiating. Active pallbearers will include Michael Roberts, Brandon Roberts, Josh Milstead, Trey Talley, Jeff Knapp, and Larry Williams.

The family will receive friends at Max Brannon and Sons Funeral Home Sunday from 5:00pm until 9:00pm.
