Geraldine Mulkey Johnson

Mrs. Geraldine Mulkey Johnson, 83 of Adairsville, GA died Monday, March 21, 2016 at her home. She was born in Gordon County on December 10, 1932, daughter of the late D.D. and Viola Mulkey. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Noah Green Johnson; her sons, Michael Stephen Johnson, Noah Bruce Johnson, and Charles Robert "Bob" Johnson; and a grandson, Joshua Johnson.

Mrs. Johnson was a member of Global Harvest Fellowship Church.

Survivors include her sons, Johnny Robert Johnson, and Lynn Johnson; her daughter-in-law, Darlene Johnson; grandchildren, Angela, Stephen, Jason, Tonya, and Gretchen; a host of great-grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.

Services to honor the life of Mrs. Geraldine Mulkey Johnson will be held Wednesday, March 23rd at 12:00 noon from the chapel of Max Brannon and Sons Funeral Home, with Pastor Greg Barnett and Pastor Howard Strickland officiating. Music will be arranged by The Randolph Family. Burial will follow in Towe's Chapel Cemetery. Active pallbearers will include Marvin Hollis, Doug Mulkey, Kevin Mulkey, Steve Mulkey, Adam Cook, and Randy Randolph. Honorary pallbearers are Lamar Hall and Russell Smith.

The Johnson family will receive friends at the funeral home on Tuesday, March 22nd from 5:00 PM until 9:00 PM.
