Gladys Bush

Mrs. Gladys Gertrude Thomas Bush, age 87 of Calhoun, Georgia, passed away Friday, October 9, 2009 at her residence.

She was born on December 15, 1921 in Rochester, New York, daughter of the late Edward J. Thomas and Gertrude McManus Thomas. In addition to her parents, she was also preceded in death by her husband, Robert Bush, a son, Clyde Bush, and a grandson, Matt Clark. She was a former resident of Tully, New York.

Mrs. Bush is survived by three daughters, Shirley Clark and her husband Merle of Calhoun, Georgia, Corine Halsey and her husband Leroy of Clay, New York, and Melody Baranello and her husband Steve of Sheboygan, Wisconsin; two sisters, Gertrude Gladys Mower of Brockport, New York, and Dottie Lapinski of Hamlin, New York. Grandchildren, Greg Spencer, Susan Mattes, Scott Halsey, Keith Halsey, Travis Clevenger, Adam Barnello and Corey Clark; and many great grandchildren and other relatives also survive.

Funeral services for Mrs. Gladys Gertrude Thomas Bush will be conducted Wednesday, October 14, 2009 at 11:00am from the chapel of Hartwell Funeral Home in Tully, New York, with interment to follow the service in the Tully Cemetery.
