Grant Evans

Jerry Grant Evans, 51, of Calhoun died Monday, November 6, 2017. He was born in Floyd County on September 13, 1966. Grant was an auto mechanic.
He is survived by his son and daughter-in-law, Trey and Katie Evans of Dalton; a daughter and son-in-law, Nichole and Tadd Cochran of Calhoun; grandchildren, Jake Cochran, Addie Jean Cochran, and Lauren Cochran; his father and step-mother, Jerry Joe and Linda Evans; his mother, Claudine Bearden; brothers, Joseph Evans of Sugar Valley and David Evans of Plainville; a niece, Tiffany Evans Stamey; and a nephew, Jody Evans.
The funeral service will be conducted on Sunday, November 12th at 3:00 p.m. from the chapel of Max Brannon and Sons Funeral Home. Robert Gillian will officiate. Burial will follow in the Dixon Family Cemetery in Red Bud.
The Evans family will receive friends at the funeral home on Sunday, November 12th from 1:00 p.m. until 3:00 p.m.
