Grant Mckay Everette

Mr. Grant McKay Everette, age 46 of Ranger, died Sunday at his residence. Mr. Everette was born December 20, 1961. He was the son of Rembert and Wanda Hendrix of Fairmount, and he attended Fairmount Baptist Church.

In addition to his parents, Mr. Everette is survived by a daughter, Crystal Hendrix Allen and her husband Brett; sisters Rochelle and her husband Scotty Cantrell, and Jaronda and her husband Jeff Crook all of Fairmount. Nieces and nephews Nicole Cantrell of Jasper, Hannah Crook of Fairmount, Joshua Cantrell of Fairmount, and Jonathon Crook of Fairmount, and one great nephew, Brayden Reece of Jasper also survive.

Funeral services for Mr. Grant McKay Everette will be conducted Thursday, January 10, 2008 at 2:00 p.m. from the New Hope Baptist Church in Ranger, with Rev. Ernest Channell officiating. Burial will follow in the church cemetery. The family will receive friends at Max Brannon and Sons Funeral Home Wednesday after 5:00 p.m. Max Brannon and Sons Funeral Home of Calhoun is in charge of the funeral services for Mr. Grant McKay Everette, of Ranger.
