Harry Orean Fourroux, Jr., 82, of Resaca, Georgia, passed away on September 7, 2024. He was born in New Orleans, Louisiana on November 28, 1941, to the late Harry Orean and Hazel Price Fourroux, Sr. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his brother, William Lloyd Price; sister, Gail Ann Porter.

Harry enjoyed wood carving, was a loving husband, father, grandfather, and great-grandfather. He was a man of few words, but when he spoke, he was full of wisdom. He was a faithful member of Heritage Baptist Church.

He is survived by his wife of 59 years, Linda Joyce Fourroux, daughters, Tammy Lynne Fourroux, Lori Lynn (Clive) Bates, Leiann Fourroux (Larry) Kirby; son, Christopher Thad (Stephanie) Fourroux; grandchildren, Sara Lynne Fourroux, Cody Christopher Travis, Emily Marie Weaver, Hayley Ann Boysen, Loren Michael Fourroux, Joshua Michael Ulrich, Lillian Autumn Kirk, Gavin Fourroux, Avery Fourroux, Bella Fourroux, Jackson Fourroux, Emma Grace Fourroux, Olivia Fourroux, Michah Fourroux, Piper Fourroux; great-grandchildren, Bella Ulrich, Jayse Ulrich, Cambria Fourroux, Kalea Fourroux, Atlas Fourroux, Chloe Bailey, Layla Kirk, Eloise Kirk, Oaklyn Kirk, Aubree Weaver, Delilah Weaver, Hudson Fourroux, Miles Fourroux; nephew, Ian Porter; cousin, David Middleton.

The family will receive friends on Wednesday, September 11, 2024, from 1:00 PM until 2:00 PM at Heritage Baptist Church.

A memorial service will be held on Wednesday, September 11, 2024, at 2:00 PM from Heritage Baptist Church with Rev. Shane Parrott officiating.
