Hubert Wilson

Mr. Hubert Kelso "Bill" Wilson, age 85 of Calhoun, passed away Wednesday, April 20, 2011 at Peachtree Christian Hospice in Duluth following two years of declining health. He was born on April 25, 1925 in Cobb County, son of the late Victor and Josie Bell Chastain Wilson. In addition to his parents, he was also preceded in death by his wife, Viola Kirby Wilson; a daughter, Lisa Ann Wilson; and three brothers, Jordan Wilson, Norman Wilson, and Clinton Wilson. He was a retired employee of Prater Ford.

Mr. Wilson is survived by a daughter, Cheryl Cox and her husband Bobby of Calhoun; a sister, Betty Campbell of Calhoun; and two brothers, Ronald Wilson of Chatsworth, and James Wilson of Ranger. Several nieces and nephews also survive.

Funeral services for Mr. Hubert Kelso "Bill" Wilson will be conducted Saturday, April 23, 2011 at 2:30pm from the chapel of Max Brannon and Sons Funeral Home, with Tom Allison officiating. Interment will be in the Fain Cemetery. The family will receive friends at the funeral home following the funeral service.
