Inez Collins Hazelwood

Mrs. Inez Collins Hazelwood, 90 of Plainville, GA died Wednesday, December 9, 2015 at Pruett Healthcare in Rome. She was born on May 23, 1925, in Lincoln County, TN, daughter of the late Moze and Parlee Holder Collins. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, William C. Hazelwood in 2011; and her brothers, Paul Collins, Odell Collins, and Earl Collins.

She leaves behind her son, Leroy Hazelwood of Plainville; her daughters and sons-in-law, Joann and Gene Bohannon, and Louise and Bennie Stanley; grandchildren, Kyle Bohannon, Travis Bohannon, and Curtis Stanley; great-grandchildren, Jakob, Cody, and Catlin Bohannon, Julia Stanley, and Dylan Stanley; and step great-grandchildren, Trey Logan, Wesley Burges, and Gracie Steele.

Services to honor the life of Mrs. Inez Collins Hazelwood will be held Saturday, December 12th at 2:00 PM from the chapel of Max Brannon and Sons Funeral Home, with Rev. Ricky Aldridge and Pastor Keith Reid officiating. Interment will follow in Scott's Cemetery. Pallbearers serving will include Michael Hazelwood, Travis Bohannon, Kyle Bohannon, David Collins, Frank Moorehead, and Curtis Stanley.

The Hazelwood family will receive friends at the funeral home Friday, December 11th from 5:00 PM until 9:00 PM.
