Isabell Blaylock

Mrs. Isabell Baker Blaylock, age 77 of Calhoun, died Sunday, March 6, 2011 at Gordon Health Care Center. She was born in Gordon County on April 16, 1933. She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband, R.T. Blaylock; a grandson, Gregory Pass; a daughter, Patsy Silvers; and several brothers and sisters.

Prior to her retirement, Mrs. Blaylock had been employed with Apache Mills. She was a member of the Peters Street Baptist Church.

Survivors include a son-in-law, Greg Silvers; a granddaughter-in-law, April Stanley; great-grandchildren, Zane Pass, Darby Pass, and Macey Pass; and great-great grandchildren, Cadenn Forsythe and Gracelyn Pass. Funeral services for Mrs. Isabell Baker Blaylock will be conducted Tuesday, March 8th at 2:00pm from the chapel of Max Brannon and Sons Funeral Home, with Zane Pass officiating. Interment will follow in Gordon Memorial Gardens. Active pallbearers are Greg Silvers, Zane Pass, Dylan Blalock, Miker Arrivillaga, James Forsythe, and Toby Pass.

The family will receive friends at Max Brannon and Sons Funeral Home Tuesday from 12:00 noon until the funeral hour of 2:00pm.
