Mr. Jack H. Logan, age 67 of Calhoun, died Wednesday, February 15, 2012 at his residence. He was born in Gordon County on October 26, 1944, son of the late Robert and Anlen Muse Logan. In addition to his parents, he was also preceded in death by a brother, Ed Logan, and long-time companion Darlene Jones.

Survivors include three brothers, Robert Junior Logan and Steve Logan of Calhoun, and Ricky Logan of Ellijay; and five sisters, Mildred Wright of Rome, Rebecca Matsko of Calhoun, Ruth Price of Calhoun, Cathy Coggins of Calhoun, and Angela Logan of Ranger. Nieces, nephews, and other relatives also survive.

Funeral services for Mr. Jack H. Logan will be held Saturday, February 18th at 11:00am from the chapel of Max Brannon and Sons Funeral Home, with Pastor Howard Strickland officiating. Interment will follow in the Crane Eater Cemetery. Active pallbearers include Lee Logan, Kenneth Logan, Randy Logan, Jerry Redd, Ray LeRoy, Jacob Owens, and Greg Wright.

The Logan family will receive friends at Max Brannon and Sons Funeral Home Friday from 6:00pm until 9:00pm.
