James David Parker

Mr. James David Parker, age 54 of 250 Holbrook Road, Calhoun, died Wednesday, March 11, 2009 at Gordon Hospital following a heart attack.

Mr. Parker was born in Gordon County on August 29, 1954, son of Bobby and Martha Pass Parker. He was self employed as an auto body repairman, and was a member of the Hellions Motor Cycle Club. He was preceded in death by a brother, Robert Lamar Parker.

Besides his parents, he is survived by his wife, Susie Parker of Calhoun; a son, Jeremy Parker of Calhoun; a stepdaughter, Crystal Garmon of Calhoun; two sisters, Denise Glass of Plainville, and Kyle Silvers of Fairmount; a brother, Keith Parker of Calhoun; and three grandchildren, Preston and Peyton Parker, and Ayden Garmon. Aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and other relatives also survive.

The family of James David Parker will receive friends on Saturday March 14th, from 4:00 PM until 8:00 PM at Max Brannon & Sons Funeral Home, with a memorial service to follow.
