Obituary

Jo Ann Daniel Roberts, 60, of Villa Rica, GA, formerly of Calhoun, died peacefully at home on Thursday, May 30, 2019, with her husband and family by her side. She was born in Calhoun on January 7, 1959, daughter of William and Inez Daniel. Jo Ann was preceded in death by her brother, Charles Daniel.
She married her high school sweetheart, Anthony Roberts Sr. on August 12, 1976. For nearly 43 years of marriage, she had three children and six grandchildren, whom she adored.
She leaves behind her husband, Anthony Roberts Sr.; her parents, William and Inez Daniel; her children, Anthony Roberts Jr., Shane Roberts, and Bradley Roberts; her siblings, William Daniel Jr., Jimmy Daniel, Johnny Daniel, and Tommy Daniel; and her grandchildren, Abbey Roberts, Aubrey Roberts, Anslee Roberts, Aiden Roberts, Callie Roberts, and Josie Roberts.
Services to honor the life of Jo Ann Daniel Roberts will be held Monday, June 3rd at 1:00 PM from the chapel of Max Brannon and Sons Funeral Home, with Rev. Dexter Landers officiating. Music will be arranged by the Dexter family. Burial will follow in Haven of Rest Memorial Park. Pallbearers serving will include Anthony Roberts Sr., Anthony Roberts Jr., Shane Roberts, Bradley Roberts, Donald Floyd, and William Daniel Jr.
The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Saturday, June 1st and Sunday, June 2nd, from 5:00 PM until 8:00 PM.
