Joe Richard Hardy

Mr. Joe Richard Hardy, age 84 of Calhoun, died Friday, March 14, 2014 at Etowah Landing in Rome. He was born in Gordon County on February 19, 1930.

Survivors include his companion of 15 years, Alice Dickinson of the residence; and other family members, Eddie Schmitt, Diane and Kevin Vineyard, and Donna and Chris Paschal; grandchildren, Brittany Vineyard, and Jessica Martinez; and great-grandchildren, Braley, Julianne, Jaslyn, Daniella, and Beyonca.

Funeral services for Mr. Joe Richard Hardy will be held Sunday, March 16th at 3:00 PM from the chapel of Max Brannon and Sons Funeral Home, with Rev. Eddie Brannon officiating. Cremation will follow the service.

The family will receive friends at Max Brannon and Sons Funeral Home Sunday from 1:00 PM until the service hour of 3:00 PM.
