Joe Richard Peardon

Mr. Joe Richard Peardon, age 54 of Calhoun, died Sunday, October 16, 2011 at his residence. He was born on January 23, 1956, son of the late James and Alline Kinsey Peardon. In addition to his parents, he was also preceded in death by a daughter, Shea Peardon Turner; three brothers, John Peardon, Jimmy Peardon, and Dewayne Peardon; a sister, Delores Carroll; and a granddaughter, Deasha Turner.

Mr. Peardon was a veteran, serving his country in the US Army. He was a member of the Fellowship Baptist Church.

Survivors include a son, Courtney Peardon; two sisters, Arlene Freeman and Gail Ambrosini, all of Calhoun; grandchildren, Ciana Turner and Akaula Peardon; an aunt, Jerrie Fite of Calhoun; and nieces and nephews.

Funeral services for Mr. Joe Richard Peardon will be held Wednesday, October 19th at 11:00am from the chapel of Max Brannon and Sons Funeral Home, with Pastor Norris Sexton officiating. Interment will follow in the GA National Cemetery in Canton with military honors.

The family will receive friends at Max Brannon and Sons Funeral Home Wednesday from 9:00am until the funeral hour of 11:00am.
