Joseph Francis Battaglia

Mr. Joseph Francis Battaglia, age 67 of Calhoun, GA died Saturday, May 5, 2012 at Gordon Hospital. He was born in Wilmington, DE on August 16, 1944, son of the late Joseph and Clara Boleslawski Battaglia. In addition to his parents, he was also preceded in death by a grandchild, Max Bleiler. Joe loved sports. He was involved in sports as a child and into his adult years. He was enthusiastic about seeing children thrive in all sports arenas and coached many teams through the years. Joe served two years in the United States Army before completing his higher education at LaSalle University in Philadelphia, PA. Aldon's Industries brought Joe to Calhoun, GA where he ultimately became Vice President over IS (Information Systems) and the Order Division.
