Kelan Caid Carey

Infant Kelan Caid Carey, age 5 months of Calhoun, died Thursday, October 10, 2013. He was born on May 3, 2013, son of Allison Breneman and Demitrich Carey of Calhoun. Kelan was preceded in death by great-grandparents, Otto Timms, Willie Simpson, and Claude Jean Simpson.

In addition to his mother and father, he is survived by grandparents, Jeff and Susan Fletcher, Gail Carey, and Ronnie Dixon; great-grandparents, Carol Timms, Sharon Angland, Ida Dixon, Donna Walraven and Leonard and Patsy Fletcher;aunts and uncles, Ashley Breneman, Cameron Fletcher, Christopher Fletcher, Canaan Dixon, Shatara Dixon, Brian Carey, Brent Carey, and Claude Simpson, all of Calhoun; godparents, Chuck and Nikki Buchanan and Austin Lay; and several cousins.

Funeral services for Infant Kelan Caid Carey will be held Monday, October 14th at 3:00 PM from the chapel of Max Brannon and Sons Funeral Home, with Rev. Eddie Brannon officiating. Cremation will follow the service.

The family will receive friends at the funeral home Monday from 12:00 noon until the funeral hour of 3:00 PM.
