Kevin Lee Patterson

Mr. Kevin Lee Patterson, age 57, of Granite Falls, NC went home to be with his Lord and Savior Thursday, January 9, 2014, at his residence. He was born July 8, 1956, in Calhoun, GA. He was the son of the late Bobby Lee and Flonnie Seabolt Patterson.

He was employed by Astro Dye Works/Meridian Ind. For 40 years.

He is preceded in death by both parents; one granddaughter, Karter-Nichole Fayann Rich.

He is survived by his loving wife, Michelle Patterson of the home, two daughters, Katrina and husband, Tyson Wagoner and Brianna Patterson all of Granite Falls, NC; one son, Joseph Rich of Calhoun GA; one brother, Kenneth and wife, Paula Patterson of Calhoun, GA; one sister, Karen and husband, Larry Goforth of Calhoun, GA.

Mr. Patterson was a member of New Vision Baptist Fellowship Church.

The family will receive friends at Mackie Funeral Home on Saturday, January 11, 2014 from 4:00 to 6:00 P.M. The funeral will be Sunday, January 12, 2014, at New Vision Baptist Fellowship with the body lying in state from 2:00 to 2:30 P.M. The service will be at 2:30 P.M. with the Rev. Ashley Crouse and Rev. Carl Hamm officiating. Burial will follow in the church cemetery.

Pallbearers include: Tony Young, Robert Patton, Gary Tibbals, Terrell Harris, Tim Ward and Eric Bailey. Honorary Pallbears are T. Gene Davis, Robert McArthur, John Mattox and Donnie Jones.
