Larry Paul Anderson

Mr. Larry Paul Anderson, 46 of Calhoun, died Monday, July 11, 2016 at his home, surrounded by his loving family. He was born in Franklin County, GA on June 14, 1970, son of David and Fran Moore Anderson. He was preceded in death by grandparents, William and Glenda Anderson, and Leland and Louise Moore; and a brother-in-law, James England. Larry was employed with Caylor Industrial, and was a member of UA Local 72 of Atlanta. He was of the Baptist faith. He leaves behind his wife of 28 years, Stacey Oliver Anderson; his son, David Bailey Anderson of Calhoun; his daughter, Brittney Anderson Young and her husband Matthew of Plainville; a grandchild, Lincoln Young; his parents, David and Fran Moore Anderson; sisters, Shonda Patrick and her husband William, and Kristie England, both of Calhoun; mother-in-law and father-in-law, Gail and Bailey Oliver; brother-in-law and sister-in-law, Maxwell and Lorrie Oliver;nephews, Wesley and Jake England, and Josh, Drew, and T.J. Oliver; and a niece, Katie Oliver. A host of nieces, nephews, and other relatives also survive. Services to honor the life of Mr. Larry Paul Anderson will be held Thursday, July 14th at 4:00 PM from Plainview Baptist Church, with Rev. Mark Harris officiating. Interment will follow in the church cemetery. Active pallbearers will include Stan Randall, Brad Randall, Josh Oliver, Drew Oliver, T.J. Oliver, Wesley England, Jake England, and Dennis Sponaugle. Honorary pallbearers are William Patrick, Max Oliver, Allen Baumgardner, and Johnny Burden. The Anderson family will receive friends at Max Brannon and Sons Funeral Home on Wednesday, July 13th from 5:00 PM until 9:00 PM. Condolences may be left at www.maxbrannonandsons.com.
