Leona Albright

Mrs. Leona Albright, age 85 of Sugar Valley, passed away Thursday, November 25, 2010 at Gordon Hospital following a brief illness.

She was born on July 22, 1925 in Gordon County, daughter of the late Walter and Ola Tate. In addition to her parents, she was also preceded in death by her husband, Raymond Green Albright. She loved her home and her family.

Mrs. Albright is survived by a son, David Albright and his wife Martha of Sugar Valley; a grandson, Chad Albright; and several nieces and nephews.

Funeral services for Mrs. Leona Albright will be conducted Sunday, November 28, 2010 at 2:00pm from the chapel of Max Brannon and Sons Funeral Home, with Pastor Dwaine Shadix officiating. Pallbearers serving are Hugh Don Tate, Vernon Talley, Marvin Tate, Rev. Gary Tate, Eddie Peterson, and Randall Talley. Interment will follow the service in the family lot of the Sugar Valley Church of God Cemetery.

The family will receive friends at Max Brannon and Sons Funeral Home Saturday from 5:00pm until 8:00pm.
