Mrs. Lillian Cook Daniel, age 94 of Calhoun, Georgia; died Sunday, May 06,2007 following one year of illness. Mrs. Daniel was born on September 11, 1912 at Lindale, Georgia, daughter of the late L.B. Reed and Mittie Pool Reed. She was also preceded in death by her first husband, C.H. Cook and later married Jessie James Daniel who also preceded her in death. In addition to her husbands, she was preceded in death by three sons; Jack Cook, Jimmy Cook and Eugene Cook. She was a member of South Calhoun Baptist Church.
Mrs. Daniel is survived by one son; Bobby Cook and his wife, Faye of Cave Spring, Georgia. Several grandchildren, great grandchildren, nieces and nephews also survive.
Funeral services for Mrs. Lillian Cook Daniel will be conducted Wednesday at 1:00 p.m., from the Chapel of Max Brannon & Sons Funeral Home, with Rev. Wayne Ballard officiating. Pallbearers serving will include; Scott Cook, William Daniel, Dustin Carver, Edward Carver, Wesley Cook and Jacob Cook. These gentlemen are requested to meet at the funeral home Wednesday at 12:30 p.m. Burial will follow the service in the family lot of Harmony Cemetery.
