Linda Sue Sanford Bray

Mrs. Linda Sue Sanford Bray, age 62 of Calhoun, died Monday, November 17, 2008 following an extended illness. She was born on February 26, 1946, daughter of the late William and Jessie Ovaline Kilgore Sanford. Mrs. Bray was employed in the textile industry with The Sample Factory, and was a member of the Assembly of Faith.

Survivors include her husband, Ralph Bray; a son, Franklin Tidwell; four brothers and sisters-in-law, Norman (Brenda) Sanford of Cassville, Charles (Martha) Sanford, and Jimmy (Becky) Sanford, both of Ellijay, and Gary (Debra) Sanford of Cartersville; and a sister and brother-in-law, Lois (Earl) Massey of Cartersville. A grandchild, Cierra Tidwell, and several nieces, nephews, and other relatives also survive.

Funeral services for Mrs. Linda Sue Sanford Bray will be conducted Thursday, November 20 at 1:00pm from the chapel of Max Brannon and Sons Funeral Home, with Bro. Alvin Suggs officiating. Interment will follow in the Assembly of Faith Cemetery. Nephews will serve as pallbearers. The family will receive friends at Max Brannon and Sons Funeral Home Wednesday from 6:00pm until 9:00pm.
