Mrs. Linda Worley Pasley, age 59 of Calhoun, passed away Saturday, March 1, 2008 at her residence following an extended illness.
Mrs. Pasley was born on February 14, 1949 in Gordon County, daughter of the late Conley Worley and Estelle Carden Worley. She was also preceded in death by two brothers, C.H. Worley and Louie Worley. During her lifetime, she was associated with Worley's Food Service, and was a member of Concord Missionary Baptist Church.
Mrs. Pasley is survived by her husband, James H. Pasley, to whom she was married for 42 years; three sons, Greg Pasley and his wife Susan, Steve Pasley and his wife Patty, and Mickey Pasley, all of Calhoun; three grandchildren, Tiffany Pasley, Stephanie Pasley, and Jill Jeffords ands her husband Andrew; one sister, Barbara Burkhart of Calhoun; and three brothers, Richard Worley of Chatsworth, and Johnny Worley and Bill Worley, both of Calhoun. Several nieces, nephews and a special friend, Tina Gunn also survive.
Funeral services for Mrs. Linda Worley Pasley will be conducted Monday at 2:00 p.m. from the Concord Baptist Church, with the Pastor Sammy Allen and Brother Denver Boling officiating. Singing will be arranged by Mike Bunch. Active pallbearers serving will include Keith Phillips, Johnny Worley, Brian Worley, Eric Worley, Matt Worley, Mark Worley and Andrew Jeffords. Burial will follow the service at the Union Grove Baptist Church Cemetery. The family will receive friends at Max Brannon & Sons Funeral Home Sunday evening beginning at 6:00 p.m.
