Obituary

Lonna Jo Harris Silvers, 60, of Calhoun, Georgia, passed away on Friday, October 14, 2022. She was born on August 30, 1962, to the late Oscar and Myrtle Jo Harris. She was preceded in death by her sister, Donna West; and grandson, Andy Dakota Avans.
Lonna is survived by her loving husband, Larry Mack Silvers Sr.; children, Larry Mack Silvers Jr., Larry Justin Silvers, Larry Adam Silvers, Larry Dwayne Duke, Brandy Avans, and Lacey McBryar (Johnathan McDonald); siblings, Ricky Harris, Oscar Harris, and Sunda Fricks; grandchildren, Molly Rose Egenes, Blayne McDonald, Lonna Izabella McDonald, Bryson Avans, Landon Avans, Logan Silvers, Garrett Silvers, Jaxx Silvers, Brylee Silvers, Jazlynn Silvers, Kyla Duke, Skylee Duke, and White Duke; and sister-in-law, Evelyn Sisson. Nieces, nephews, and other relatives also survive.
The family will receive friends on Monday, October 17, 2022, from 11:00 AM until 1:00 PM at Max Brannon and Sons Funeral Home.
The funeral service will follow the visitation on Monday at 1:00 PM in the Chapel of Max Brannon and Sons Funeral Home with Rev. David Nix officiating. Burial will follow in Gordon Memorial Gardens. Pallbearers are Justin Silvers, Johnathan McDonald, Bryson Avans, Landon Avans, Adam Silvers, Dwayne Duke, and Gary Sisson.
The Brannon family and staff are honored to serve the family of Lonna Jo Harris Silvers.
