Lucille Kittle

Mrs. Fannie Lucille Kittle, age 84 of Resaca, Georgia died Sunday, January 13, 2008 at Gordon Hospital.

Mrs. Kittle was born on December 20, 1923 in Whitfield County. She was preceded in death by her husband, James Frank Kittle; by three sisters, Minnie Higdon, Ester Phillips, and Fennie Thomas; and by five brothers, Sam Smith, Bud Smith, Walter Smith, Chester Smith and Cleve Smith. Survivors are nieces, nephews and many friends.

Funeral services for Mrs. Fannie Lucille Kittle will be conducted Wednesday, at 11:00 a.m. from the chapel of Max Brannon & Sons Funeral Home, with Rev. Gary Jarrett and Rev. Alfred Freeman officiating. Singing will be arranged by Samantha Bagley and Rev. Gary Jarrett and his wife Nancy. Active pallbearers will include Craig Kirby, Bobby Putnam, Little Jim, Jackie Jackson, Mark Priest, and Jason Garman. These gentlemen are asked to meet at the funeral home Wednesday at 10:15am. Honorary pallbearers will include C.M. Higgins, Edward Higgins, Anthony Higgins, and Brian Crowder. These are asked to meet at the funeral home Wednesday at 10:45am. Burial will follow the service in the family lot of the Old Anderson Cemetery in Ringgold, Georgia. The family will begin receiving friends at the funeral home Monday evening after 5:00 p.m.
