Obituary

Manuel De Leon Veliz, 75, of Calhoun, passed away Friday, September 18, 2020, after several months of declining health. He was born in Guatemala on December 10, 1944, to the late Cristino and Nicolasa De Leon.
Manuel is survived by his wife of 19 years, Graciela De Leon; sons Victor De Leon and Edwin Cruz; daughter Andrea (Reymundo Reyes) Cruz; brothers Carlos, Ruben, Cruz, Hector, Rene, and Marco De Leon; sister Marina De Leon; grandchildren Angel Reyes, Alexis, Nalia De Leon, Genesis Cruz.
The funeral mass will be on Monday, September 21, 2020, at 5:00 p.m. from Saint Clements Catholic Church. The visitations will be Sunday, September 20, 2020, from 4:00 until 9:00 p.m. at Max Brannon and Sons Funeral Home and on Monday, September 21, 2020, at 3:00 p.m. at Max Brannon and Sons Funeral Home.
