Maria Sandoval

Maria Antonia Mejia Sandoval, age 92 of Calhoun, GA passed away Tuesday, May 28, 2013 at her residence. Ms. Sandoval was born in Guatemala on September 10, 1920. In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her husband, Cesar Agusto Hernandes, and a grandson, Jose Orlando Sandoval.

Survivors include; sons Ernesto Orantes Sandoval and his wife Emilia, Ronald Orantes, Jose Orantes, Cesar Orantes; and daughters, Sheila Orantes and Armenia Orantes. Other survivors include Beatriz Josefina Orantes Sandoval, Lorena Landaverde, Ileana Alvarado,Yohana Alvarado, Charlie Orantes, Delta Hemandez, Cesar Montano, Jasmin Castro, Lupita Castro, John Castro, and Rosa Maria Montano. Grandchildren surviving are Irma Leticia Hernandez, Ingrid Cowdrey, Eneida Monroy, William Torres, Ann Torres, Nancy Sandoval, Wendy Sandoval, Marlon Sandoval, Kevin Sandoval, and Gay Sandoval. Several great-grandchildren, nieces, and nephews also survive.

Graveside funeral services for Maria Antionia Mejia Sandoval will be conducted Saturday, June 1st at 10:00 AM from Chandler cemetery. The family will receive friends Friday from 5:00 PM until 9:00 PM at Max Brannon and Sons Funeral Home. .
