Marie Holden Quinn

Mrs. Marie Holden Quinn, age 84 of Calhoun, passed away Tuesday, September 15, 2009. She was born in Murray County, Georgia on November 5, 1924, daughter of the late William Floyd Holden and the late Ethel Mashburn Holden. Besides her parents, she was preceded in death by a brother, Calvin Holden.

Survivors include a son, James Quinn of Marietta; a sister, Peggy Holden of Calhoun; a grandson and his wife, Bryan and Crystal Quinn, and their children, Brandon, Lillie, Layla and Jordin Quinn, and Robert Moon and Haley Bullard; and a grandson and his wife, Brad and Christine Quinn and their children, Zack Hartsfield and Andrew Quinn.

Funeral services for Mrs. Marie Holden Quinn will be conducted Friday at 1:00 p.m. from the chapel of Max Brannon and Sons Funeral Home, with Rev. Eddie Brannon officiating. Burial will follow in the West Hill Cemetery in Dalton. The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Thursday from 6:00 p.m. until 9:00 p.m.
